Guideline for Poster Presentation

Posters must be brought to the congress by the presenting author. They should preferably be laminated

The required dimensions are 80 cm (width) by 100 cm (height). A supply of tape will be available in the poster area for mounting your materials.
Poster presentations will be allocated a POSTER NUMBER. The corresponding allocation may be found with this number (which will be included in the conference booklet). They should be placed on Monday 4th, between 8:00 and 12:00, and removed on Friday, between 12:00-15:00.

Each poster will be exhibited during the entire Symposium, but you are required to stand beside your poster during the corresponding Poster session (published in the Poster program). Poster Session 1: Tuesday, 16:45 to 19:30,  and Poster session 2: Thursday, 16:45 to 19:30.

As a reference, a guideline for a good poster presentation may be found in "Ten Simple Rules for a Good Poster Presentation". Thomas C Erren and Philip E Bourne.  http://www.ploscompbiol.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pcbi.0030102
